Thomas Altmann is the owner of Rumundco.de which seems to be the only seller of this rum. I think he may have had it blended at Johansens in Flensburg http://www.johannsen-rum.de/kontakt/impressum/
Could be a decent rum as some of Johansens offerrings are honest rums.
some not so much... I might drop into Johansens tomorrow if I get time and ask.
