There are lots of IB in Germany.
The Rum Cask, Whisky Agency.
There is even a hotel that got out a 24yo Enmore for 100Euros.

And the $ is on the up compared to Euro.

But I do order from Germany since prices are better.
And you can find more variety.
Think the independent whisky bottlers from Germany have made a move into rum.
