Ralfy gets pissed Dept: in which he, uh, gets pissed!

Post by Capn Jimbo »

When it comes to piss, pissing and getting pissed...

...the thought of Ralfy usually does not come to the fore. But it's true! In this extremely rare and equally humorous video, our beloved Ralfy wears sunglasses, discusses a viral video, Sunny D and the world's best overproof, Wray & Nephews, not to mention taking a shot at "mixologists".

A must see:

Not so fast, masked man...

Although Ralfy is having a bit of fun on this one, he has also made some good points. For example, consider how he chooses a rum to mix with, and how he approaches the character of both the mix and and the rum. In this case it's a mix of one part humour with one part education, although Ralfy it is fair to say, is in an especially good mood this time around...

I like Ralfy as well.

I cringe when he delves into Absinthe though as he chooses some shockers and drinks it at a hard ratio.

For example in the video above he has a bottle of MONTANIA DES ALPES which he describes as a
fine example of macerated Swiss absinthe
. It is, in fact, a terrible example of macerated French Absinthe.

Absinthe should be distilled from the macerate, if it is only herbs soaked in alcohol, strained and bottled then it is 99% of the time HORRIBLE! and should be avoided like the plague.

As for Whisky, then he's in his element.
