I really do love Ralfy and his truly independent, down to earth, honest and educational reviews. It really is news when Ralfy comes up against an institution, in this case Johnny Walker Blue.

In his review (link) Ralfy takes much more than his usual time to fully explore this famous label, its nose and taste, and values. Doing so gave him the opportuntity to not only review a whisky to which you might aspire, but to discuss the quality, marketing and spirits promoted by the ever fewer, but ever larger international conglomerates. This is an amazing review that applies completely to all spirits including rum.
