Hello from Germany

Yes, the obligatory introductions section, but serves a good purpose - like a good, soft toilet paper - used only once but truly wonderful! "Here's to you and here's to me, may we never disagree - if perchance we ever do, here's to me and to hell with you!"

Hello from Germany

Post by Rumble B. »

Hi Capn Jimbo and all other rum afficionados,

I'm an overproof rum lover (pun intended) from Munich and recently discovered this site after a fiery discussion with the participants of a rum tasting session, who refused to believe me that all the rum brands we had tested had been subsequently sweetened.

My sugar testing equipment arrived today and I'm going to test my small rum collection right away.

Is there still interest here in the forum in the publication of new tests?

All the best rum

I would hope so, but Jimbo is mostly absent. Please post your results.

The "Sugar Tests" thread is closed, so I'm not sure if Capn Jimbo would appreciate it if I started a new thread.
Perhaps there are reasons for this closure...
