List of 100% pot still rums

Is there such a list on the Rum Project? If not, let's create one! I don't know the details of various distillers, (except for El Dorado, who are pretty open about it, seemingly), so I was hoping the resident experts could chime in.

This post, established at the request of Dai, is a list of what people consider pure and unaltered rums. Why not add your rums (and request there) encouraging others to do the same.
